10 lessons you need to know for getting a job at any Tech Company
It was 13th January 2019. I joined at Audacity IT as Jr. Android Engineer. After joining the company I’ve learned so many things that I couldn’t possibly learn within this short amount of time without this company.
Now Audacity IT wants to expand its mobile development team by hiring one Android Trainee & my team lead decided to take me with him on a hunt to pick the best (almost) fresher out there who has some knowledge on android development and experienced with at least one OOP based programming language.
From CV sorting to final selection, We’ve tried to see some basic qualifications of a candidate. In this article, I’ll try to give you a sneak-peek about a typical interview at any tech company in Bangladesh so that you can shape your things for interview and perform better. Before reading next, I also want you to know this is the process you’re going to read totally our kind of way to hire new dev in the team. This process may be good or maybe bad.
