Leadership Lessons from The Secret of Leadership book!
Few days ago, I’ve set a goal to read 5 books within 10 days as I’ve got 10 days holiday from my office. Half a book - per day. It’s kind of the biggest reading goal I’ve ever set. But setting a big goal has good benefit if you lose it too.
If you couldn’t achieve the goal as you set it so big. You will surely achieve a fraction of it which is bigger than any lower goal you set. I know achieving a goal is more satisfying than half-achieved goal. But, It’s more satisfactory if you can only achieve a fraction of bigger goal and if you think that way only.
The Secret of Leadership by Prakesh Iyer is one of the book I wanted to read and guess what? in this holiday, It was in my list. So I read it and I finished it well. This book is very intrigued and I learned some of great lesson form this book. The book was contained with simple-short well written story and through that story Prakesh Iyer delivered some of the best leadership lessons I’ve ever read.
As he wrote it in his book that A good leader always share guidelines, good-content with others and everybody grows together by that sharing. So, I thought I’d take the first initiative to share what I learned from this great book.
Let’s further not due, Here is my top #3 lessons from this book.
