For many years, researchers wanted to see what kind of skills make an ordinary developer, a perfect developer. In this era of Ninja developer, rockstar programmer or unicorn developer, it’s very difficult for people to figure out actually what kind of developers are perfect developer.

No doubt, we all suffer from it. For years after years researchers invested their time to know the answer and here is the skill sets researchers found and if you can master these skill sets, I guarantee, one day you’ll be a perfect developer.

Never Ask Raise

The perfect developer never complains about their salary and that is why they are perfect. Salary can’t buy anyone’s happiness. This is the core belief of them and managers to top level boss everybody pour this sentences to them often so that they never forget this instead. No matter how pathetic life they’re living cause of money they know, it doesn’t matter. Money is nothing to them. They also understand that better office culture, work environment, good product, good boss is everything in their career.
